Todays CFG Challenge: Sports Performance, same format as yesterdays workout. 2-3 sets of each exercise, 8-10 reps each set, with a 30-60 second rest in between each set: - close grip bench press - swiss ball rollout - front shoulder dumbbell raises - wall sits (60 seconds) - regular planks (60 seconds) - mountain climbers (30 seconds) - standing cable hip abduction - cable chest press Be Awesome at Fitness on Hump Day!!!
