Todays Power Thought card, by Louise Hay is: I AM WILLING TO CHANGE. Yes, I am willing to change. Even though theres a part of me that may balk at doing something in a different way, or drop it altogether, I can still see clearly that CHANGE IS GOOD and needed. *****Anything that is (existing at all), is set to change. Cells multiply and divide, plants grow and bloom exchanging oxygen, there are changes to everything. For us to bring about the best results in our lives, we can release any old negative beliefs and attachments. We can allow new more positive thoughts to come in and focused upon. We can CHOOSE to not let old ways of thinking and acting to stand in our way. YES, Ego state, WE CAN!
