Todays Spiritual Message Composure: Composure is a rare gift usually only demonstrated by anchors on TV and in movies. But some people can keep their composure during all types of challenges. Composure is a containment of our emotions, and appearance of tranquility. Its best use is probably with irate people, as it will probably irritate them all the more. It might be fun to maintain our composure the next opportunity we get to see what effect it has on others. Dignified opponents usually win arguments.
