Todays #TuesdayTurn fitness fix is a combo therapy leg/shoulder burner to hold you over this Christmas Holiday! Tag3Friends who are off work today and Tellem to #ShutUpandTrain!! Items needed: Dumbbells and a Jumprope. Perform 12 reps of each exercise and then jump rope(or jog in place) for 1 min. Your goal should be to complete 3-4 rounds! Tag A Friend & then tag 2 More... lets have some fun!!! If you already have a set routine try adding 2-3 sets of this to the beginning or end of your workout!
