Todays omnibus funding bill has a lot of good things for San Diego: funds for San Ysidros Port of Entry projects, grants for infrastructure and wildfire fighting programs, and the economic growth that comes when we stop fighting and end the crisis-to-crisis mentality that has dominated Congress for too long.
