Todays thought for the day... (Sorry I am really enjoying these LearnLiberty videos and your opinions on the points raised). Is it the intention or the results of government programs which is most important? Does anyone really believe that a program which delivers improvements to the standard of living of those worst off is wrong or is it just that these programs which have that aim as their stated intention never actually achieve them. Is government fundamentally wrong? Or is it just that we are so used to ineffective government that we have forgotten that there is a role for government, but only for a government which delivers actually results on its good intentions?
