Todays tidbit is another video from Kelly Starrett. This one is a great compliment to the Bone Saw calf self-mobilization. You dont have to be a distance runner to have tight, uncomfortable feet. It was Dr. Steven Stark (author of the Stark Reality of Stretching) in the early 90s who taught me the critical importance of foot posture and calf mobility, in regards to maintaining good overall physical function.
