Todays workout: Warm up 50 jumping jacks Tabata 1: Thrusters (squat with shoulder press- palms face in try to touch knees with elbows) Do as many as possible. (Only thrusters for this Tabata) If you dont have weights just squats. Tabata 2: Back lunges Mountain climbers Tabata 3: Push ups crunches (with legs in butterfly position) Tabata 4: Ballet squat (stay low, with or without weights) Overhead tricep extensions with calf raise (keep elbows in) 30 second low plank straight to 30 second high plank Cool down... Be proud of yourself. See you in a couple of days!!!!!
