Today’s topic comes from a female listener, Im a female who will be 40 in a year. Ive never been married although I had a short lived engagement when I was in my 20s. A few years back, I met an incredibly handsome, smart, successful, strong brother who adored me. He adored me and was ALWAYS good to me and I cared about him too. But I met someone else and allow that person into my life and chose the new guy over him. Now, almost 4 years later, the new guy is long gone seeing that he was married and it didnt know it until after I had blown off the great guy. Over the years, I tried to reconnect with the great guy. We remained friends but he had met someone else, fallen in love, and eventually got married himself. Every since then I have gotten my heart broken at least twice so I shy away from dating to keep from being hurt. And I often see the great guy and say to myself, If I had only played my cards right. My birthday is in April and although I have a successful business, and am super talented with a heart of gold, I am afraid that I will end up 40 and alone. I know Ive lost the chance to be with the great guy forever now and just wonder if I will ever find true love again. The question is how does a beautiful, successful woman in this area market herself at 40. I keep hearing people say wait on God and he will send you the right one. Problem is I believe he already sent him and I messed it up. Is it possible that he will send him again? – Signed, so ready to be a wife, or rather send another Mr. Right?
