Tomorrow at 9:15 and 11:00am: “A Gay Wedding, A Verdict, and A Get Out of Hell Free Card” – Rev. Lora Brandis Or, “What I Did On my Summer Vacation….” Returning from a less than restful (but fun!) vacation, I am realizing there is no vacation from being human. The issues of the day still follow us around as we retreat from everyday stresses and settle into a different summery pace. If we bring ourselves fully to time apart from these daily stresses, we learn that there is no vacation from being human and that’s a good thing to learn.
