Tomorrow is Christmas and I dont want to give this broken item to my son! First it took two weeks (ordered item dec 2) and it was never sent. I had to call to have it requested to be mailed. Then you promised a gift certificate which I never recieved and now I discover its a broken item and previously returned!!! So upset. Here is the video if the item in the box that it was shipped in. You can see it is NOT new in box. Someone else opened it.
