Tomorrow will be my last public posting of watching films at home for a while. What I really appreciate from sharing what I watch are the responses and positive acknowledgements from friends who share a love of movies. Theres challenge and fun to be found in picking quotes that catch and encapsulate the spirit or attitude of a given movie, along with the unforgettable images from movies that captured our imaginations just as the first time we saw them. Its been a great demonstration of loving movies and presenting that love openly. Of course Ill still be watching films and sharing my theatrical excursions when I see new ones but with school starting and my focus needed on my work, its necessary to step back a bit. Im sure Ill pick it up again near the end of the year, especially with the likes of Star Wars and a new Tarantino film on the horizon...certainly cant let that happen without revisiting his filmography. But for the time being, well call it a day tomorrow by looking forward...all the way Back To The Future.
