Tonight I am so emotional. So many of our sweet friends are rejoicing in good news, gender reveals, engagements, adoptions, closing on homes, new relationships and many more. My heart is so full of joy. I am so grateful to be able to keep up with each of you and see how God is moving in your lives. It also reminds me of those not as fortunate through the holidays. The ones that have encountered horrific tragedies around the holidays, or throughout the year, that only bring sadness and anger. When you encounter the scrooges this holiday, bless them. When someone cuts you off and you lose that spot in walmart, bless them. If you have a boss that mistreats you, bless them. A husband whom neglects you... show him respect. Or a wife who emasculates you... love her not because she deserves it but because she dont. We didnt deserve what Christ did for us but He did it anyways. Bless those that curse you. Do good for those that dont deserve it. I hope you will mend the relationship with family that has troubled you. Give the gift of forgiveness this year. It cost nothing. We never know what trial the people next to us have been through or what storm they are about to walk.... we must carry one anothers burdens and pray for one another. I challenge you to pray for the scrooge in your life this year. Instead of cutting one another down, cut each other some slack. Merry Christmas!!!!
