Tonight I did 1 ¾ hours of Body Beast® Cardio, and a total body workout with free weights & cable crossover weights. My friends if you need some help with your health, nutrition and/or fitness. Whom else would be better to ask for help than me? Someone whom already achieved an extreme weight loss, is not only a personal trainer & nutritional consultant.
