Tonight is the annual Alamance County Bar Associations Lobster Dinner. Connie Martin and I always prepare the appetizers. Last night we chopped 4 pounds of mangos, 2 pounds of strawberries, 2 pounds of raspberries, grapes and blueberries into tiny little pieces to fill 200 mini phyllo cups. We shredded 4 pounds of sharp cheddar for cheese rings. Today we chop vegetables for 150 individual crudités, prepare meatballs and chicken tenders. The thing is that we really love doing it because we get to do it together
