Tonight, the Coronado Historical Association presents R. E. Smith; the head of RESCO Instruments, a Coronado-based company which makes watches inspired by the SEALs. Smith is a SEAL himself and has had great success with his new business, beginning with the Patriot line of watches. He is now producing a brand new line named Manus. Tonight, Smith will talk about his business model and how the SEAL experience helped him get started. The current “History of Navy SEALs in Coronado exhibit will be open at the Coronado Museum for all attendees of the lecture. Wine & Lecture event begins at 5:30 p.m., in the Lecture Hall of the Museum of History & Art, 1100 Orange Avenue. Admission is free, but seating is on a first-come, first served basis.
