Tonight we are hanging with friends and family for a themed dinner and game night. The menu.....Curry Spinach and Cheese Casadea......Kale, White Bean and Tomato Stew with Portuguese Sausage...and Sweet and Savory Spinach and Cheese Polenta Pizza...Brown Rice Salad...Polenta and Hummus Dip..... and more.....The theme?...healthy and Wise...all dishes can not have no more than 20% of meat type protein....Ill post pictures late tonight...Yummy cannot wait. !!!
