Jumping jacks Sit ups High knees Push-ups Squats Chair tricep dips Do 1 min intervals rest 1 min and do circuit again 3-4 times All these movements are easy enough for anyone to modify them if needed. No excuses, this will take as long a your tv show u would rather watch.. Why not do it while you watch your show? Try it;) happy Thursday!
