Topic of the day: Lactate Training (con.). Following Tuesday’s lactate session, how did you feel on the 5th round vs. the first. Were you able to keep the same pace as when you started? Which round did you feel yourself starting to drop off? If you pushed into your red line on Tuesday, try to dial back slightly today and see if your overall effort level, across ALL rounds, is a little better than Tuesday. Today the movements will be different, but the overall length of the work will be similar…However, we will adjust one key element of the work out…Can you see what it is? If you can, why do you think adjusting this one element is so important? If you don’t see the answer right away, the coaches will explain what’s different when you come in for class today.
