Topic of the day: Physical feeling after food. Earlier this week, we discussed the importance of emotions regarding food. We asked you to track how those foods may you feel emotionally. Today we want you to do the same thing, and this time place a face based on how you physically felt before you ate and then how you felt after. If your food makes you feel ill, then most likely you have some issue with the food itself. Food such as dairy, grains, soy, oat, and even eggs often make people feel bad due to their bodies sensitivity to that specific food. Take some time to figure out what foods make you feel that way. If necessary try removing those foods for a few weeks. The re-introduce them and see if the foods create the same discomfort. If so, then maybe it’s best to avoid them all together…At the very least you will have more information moving forward in regards to how your body operates, and what type of reaction you can expect based on the foods you eat.
