Farmers issues or grievances (1). failure of crops or vegetables like dalle and tomato (2) failure of market support system (3) failure of crop compensation by the govt. Meet few progressive farmers....Atal Bdr.chettri,Man Bdr Pradhan,Ratna Bdr.chettri..Kiran Panday...Krishna Bdr Chettri..Subash Pradhan ......Binod rai...rup raj ....krushna Mangar and so on... My suggestion to govt (1) promote aggressive ICE campaign regarding organic(information,education n communication) (2) provide financial support system to farmers for certain period of time (3) provide organic input management system (4)establish PHC(plant health care) in every constituency (5) promote IPM(integrated pest management) aggressively. (6) promote crop compensation mechanism or crop insurance. (7) formulate comprehensive agricultural policy with redifined target. (8) decentralized the Agri Horti resource personals to peripheries..unfortunately 90% of them are stationed at urban area. (9) construct vermi compost rural compost n bio compost at every village.
