Town council wants to implement a program to control the wild cat population in Provost. The program would include the catch and release of cats once they have been spayed or neutered. The problem is, many people in town own cats they are outside cats. I personally own 2 cats, both of which are fixed indoor cats only. I have asked the town each year when I get my dogs licenses renewed, why they dont require licenses for cats, and was told that it wasnt necessary. I would rather licence my cats and have identifiable licence tags. So, I have to ask the question, do you agree or disagree with the towns decision. Like this post if you agree with this decision. Comment no if you disagree. Remember, your tax dollars are paying for this, rather than the cat owners directly.
