Traditionally, New Years is my Thanksgiiving As I was too busy loafing the past few days, let me now extend my gratitude and respect to ALL my FB friends for your continued brotherhood, good will, and tolerance of my smart-assity. Yes, I stir up a LOT of shit here, but thats the way dialogue gets started. Yes I post a lot of Selfies, but I try to keep my ugly mush mostly out of frame to provide travelogue viewpoints. FB is a forum and a soapbox, and I am pleasantly surprised when folks say to me they like to read my rants. I have often stated that my friends are my wealth, my prized possessions. I believe the only honorable greed involves love and compassion. I want lots of both so I can give it back as fast as I get it. Even to you, Fred! I love reading the posts and responses to my wiseacreing from all of you, I love the interaction that arises between folks that has little to do with me. I have to laugh at the sometimes bitter battles that bloom between (hows THAT for alliteration?) folks who dont know each other. (although I know them both). I shouldnt be surprised, with so many musicians, writers, comedians, actors and magicians (I didnt forget you Taylor!) hanging around. So, you magnificent bunch of Men, Women, and In-Between-Straight, Gay and In-Between, Liberal, Conservative and In-Between-Rockers, Mockers, Boppers and Alte Kockers: I wish you all Peace, Love, Harmony and Wisdom in the New Year, and I renew my invitation to twerk your mind, kick the hornets nest, smell the limburger and just plain have fun!
