Traffic Arrangements for KM Duathlon 2014 #sgtrafficwatch The KM Duathlon 2014 will be held along Changi Coast Road this Sunday, 20 July 2014 . To facilitate the event, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic during the stipulated timing stated below: 1. Aviation Park Road - 1.00 am to 1.00 pm 2. Changi Coast Road (between Tanah Merah Coast Road and Changi Ferry Road) - 4.30 am to 11.30 am During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned road will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
