We have offices in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Our New York office is currently looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our team! The Traffic Coordinator assists to accurately distribute all creative assets and traffic instructions within television, radio, and digital media properties on a timely basis. The Traffic Coordinator interacts with internal teams (Account Services, Broadcast Services, and Digital Teams) as well as external vendors to ensure successful delivery of campaigns. Responsibilities: Gather and enter traffic information obtained from Account Services into internal traffic and ad serving systems Proofread data entry Faciliate the distribution of commericals & traffic instructions to broadcast networks Set up the monitoring of commercials in the direct response marketplace Confirm receipt of all necessary materials at vendors and stations while troubleshooting any issues as needed Create Purchase Orders (POs); Log, code and process vendor invoices Maintain client traffic folders by client, product and estimate Escalate traffic problems and issues to supervisor and direct inquiries to appropriate internal departments when necessary Contribute to vendor management, identifying and documenting vendor performance issues Develop full knowledgebase of internal traffic system, client traffic requirements, ID Media process, policy and procedure, broadcast traffic-related terminology, concepts, technologies, emerging trends and initiatives Ensure compliance with established Broadcast Traffic process, policy and procedure Troubleshoot complex traffic issues at the station and/or vendor level Conduct day to day business in a professional and courteous manner both internally with fellow employees and externally with stations, vendors and agency of record Execute timely launch of online campaigns and confirm receipt of digital elements with Web publishers and ad networks Ensure all digital ads display properly and have appropriate click tracking inserted Attend appropriate kickoff, review, and status meetings to maintain precise scheduling and gather changes Interface daily with Account Teams/Vendors to prioritize and execute on campaign delivery Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Passion for media and enthusiastic to learn and grow Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat High level of organization skills and accuracy while maintaining speed and efficiency Problem resolution skills Must have a high attention to detail, with strong proofreading/quality assurance skill Flexibility to work overtime as required Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and relationship building skills Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining priorities Ability to function independently as well as member of team Exposure to Mediaocean or ad-serving technology (i.e. DoubleClick) and vendors is a plus https://idmediawwcareers-fcbtalent.icims/jobs/35091/traffic-coordinator/job?mobile=false&width=1584&height=500&bga=true&needsRedirect=false
