Traffic Police for decongestion of traffic in Srinagar City Srinagar, July 10, CNS: To ensure smooth movement of traffic in Srinagar city, Traffic Police Srinagar City has requested general public to avoid blocking of roads and boarding and de-boarding passenger vehicles at wrong places besides avoid parking at wrong places on road side and park vehicles at the designated parking slots. Keeping in view, the 4.5 lakh registered vehicles in Kashmir Valley which almost visit Srinagar centre besides the huge influx of tourists tremendous traffic pressure is on the city roads, states a communiqué from Traffic Police City Srinagar.
