Traffic movement restricted in Kupwara Kupwara, Nov 7: In view of weather warning and continuous snowfall in upper reaches since last night, the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Itrat Hussain Rafeeqi, has restricted the movement of vehicular traffic from Karnah to Kupwara, Keran to Kupwara, Machil to Kupwara and vice versa to ward off any untoward incident. This order will remain in place till weather improves. Locals of these areas have also been advised not venture out during night hours in view of apprehension of avalanches. (KNS)
