Transcendence; I love the ideas at play, I enjoyed seeing it all play out -- it really wasnt predictable, and it kinda spun the familiar Matrix/Terminator stories on their heads. My only gripes lie in the characterization of the characters and the direction. The film clearly attempts to prey on emotions and feelings like an Inception or Looper, but falls flat in that regard -- some of the characters dont feel like real people. It also didnt feel like certain ideas/moments were thought out as well as they could have been. But, all in all, an entertaining flick.
