Tropical Cyclone Iselle remains active in the northeastern Pacific and with sea water temperatures amply warm, TC Iselle should become a category 1 hurricane later today. Tropical Cyclone Halong remains active in the northwest Pacific and there are also some areas of disturbed weather to watch for tropical cyclone development. In the northeast Pacific there is one with a low chance and one with a medium, in central Pacific there are three with a low chance, and in the East China Sea an area with a medium chance.
