Tropical Storm Andrea on visited Florida on June 6th 2013. On June 7th after a long day stuck in the house watching the rain and making sure a trees did not fall on the house or the backyard pooling water did not rise above the sliding door grooves. I was inspire to make "Tropical Pancakes" (A Pina Colada Breakfast). . .Aunt Jemima pancake, Jello banana pudding mix, Real Cream Cool Whip, Bananas, Pineapples, and Coconut. Add whipped cream to banana pudding, pour a small amount into pancake batter. Pour small amount of batter into hot skillet. When cake begins to bubble on the edges add a few slices of banana, crushed pineapple and shredded coconut. Wait a few minutes turn smush down, turn repeat until brown. Serve with pineapple slice, coconut sprinkles and a piece of bananas. Add slow baked bacon (about 2 hours) and cheezy scrambled eggz. Stack cakes 3 high and banana whipped cream mixture between layers. Serve half slices 1.5 cakes and 2 bacon slices with fruit and eggs! A little Mrs. Buttersworth to taste!
