Try this drop set next time..incline db press..70s for 12..50s for 10..35s for 8..rest 75 seconds..then 70s for 8..50s for 10..35s for 12..rest 75 seconds..70s for 8..50s for 8..35s for 8..rest 60 seconds..then 35s for 25 to 35 reps..keep this same sequence for flat db press..tempo should be 2-2-2 with each re..chest is torn up...just just got stuck when i reached for the steering wheel.
