Try this great Move.Fit workout after a 20 min walk or run: 15 jumping jacks 15 pushups 15 jumping jacks 15 lunges each leg 15 jumping jacks 15 ab crunches with your legs flat on the ground (like a pencil) Repeat 3-5 times (depending on your fitness level) Remember to breathe throughout, keep proper form and have some fun If you are looking for more of a challenge you can add weight or reps, or if you are looking to start a bit easier then aim for 10 of each exercise.
