Trying to lose weight or get back in shape? Drop the box of cookies, ignore the interior grocery aisles (sans spices and good oils, of course) and focus on avoiding anything processed. And if you need a real womans point of view I can give you this: anytime I cave and splurge on that box of creamy mac & cheese or a frozen pizza I wholeheartedly regret it almost immediately. In fact, I regret it for days after! Take my advice: processed foods are NOT WORTH IT! Im not the epitome of perfection when it comes to 100% clean eating but I can tell you this: it truly makes a difference when I adhere to this way of life. Not only do I look better but more importantly I FEEL better!
