Tryst Road - Road and Flooding Up-Date Following further discussion at our meeting on Monday night and ongoing discussions between Falkirk Council, residents and the Community Council over a number of years, we have now written to Falkirk Council again in relation to the speed of vehicles using Tryst Road, the use of the road by heavy vehicles and now the bottle neck at the bottom of the road as vehicles attempt to turn right towards ASDA. We have asked what measures the Council is considering to address the issues raised on Tryst Road. We will post any updates here. In relation to the flooding at the top of Tryst Road, Falkirk Council has advised that investigatory works have now taken place and remedial works will take place in the coming months. However, they have advised that it is a big job and as such traffic management etc. will be required. If we get any details on timescales we will post them here.
