Tuesday, April 1st - Spring General Election for County Board Supervisors, School Board seats, some judicial positions, and local referendums where occurring. Find out who is running for what office on the website myvote.wi.gov (although as of this time, Green County has not yet posted their sample ballots). You can use this website to request an absentee ballot; check your voting history and voter registration status (if you havent voted in 4 years, youll have to register again); find out where to go to vote; see a list of your elected officials; and get information about voting. You may also call the toll free Voter Helpline with questions: 1-866-VOTE WIS. Residents eligible to vote are not currently required to show a photo ID. However, there are still the requirements for 28-day residency, and absentee voting in person in your local municipal clerks office is restricted to two weeks before the election.
