Organized Gang Stalking Research and evidence indicates in many cases so-called Threat Assessments are getting individuals placed on a list to be harassed and terrorized for years at a time, these so called Threat Assessments and are being misused and abused for revenge, harassment and terrorizing individuals by illegally using and abusing health and safety laws, along with the Criminal utilization of Community Notifications in an illegal criminal manner, to criminally Violate, Invade,Harass and Terrorize individuals for years at a time!. Evidence reveals that all that it takes is one individual reporting another individual for that individual to be criminally placed on one of these so-called Threat Assessment lists.
