Twelve venues are currently under threat because of archaic laws. We cant let the government sit back and let this happen. We need a stop to noise abatement notices being served to established venues, simply because some rich developer has built flats nearby. THEY need to be the ones responsible for soundproofing, NOT the venue who have been there for years. Laws must be reformed or we risk losing more of the heart and soul of the UKs live music scene.
