Two Short-term Volunteer Opportunities Two volunteers are sought to help the parish community before Christmas. Role 1: Newsletter Designer The role is to produce a template for a four-page newsletter, using standard software packages. You should have at least one year’s experience of designing and producing professional-quality promotional material, including newsletter layout. You will need to have access to the necessary software and be able to show examples of your completed work. The work involved is about 8 hours in total over a two-week period. You can work mostly from home, supplemented by one or two short meetings in the parochial office. Role 2: Graphic Designer The role is to produce a small number of business-style graphics, using standard software packages. You should have at least one year’s experience of similar work, be able to show examples of your completed work and have access to the necessary software. The work involved is about 8 hours in total over a two-week period. You can work mostly from home, supplemented by one or two short meetings in the parochial office.
