Second question if you are not authorized to be there how does the world public tell the difference between Christian Crusaders and Islamic Jihadist? ISIS will use and they must use the overused trump card of hypocrisy as a recruiting tool. They will receive the legal aid of every bar association on earth and the support of each and every human rights organization when they walk into open court to say If the Christians and the Freethinkers can send men to battle under their own volition, for the sake of argument under Reagans slogan One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter, we can grant that our organization may be a terrorist group. Without doubt those who join us under their own volition must receive the same protection as those who have joined our foes under the power of their own volition. Each and every Transatlantic nation state will counter the argument by saying those of you who volunteer for the right cause have the tacit support of the nation state but the others must stand trial as they are subject to the laws of the state and are thus subjects of the state. At this point you are all saying what we have here is a convoluted argument that is going no where. You are correct. However, ISIS, will be making an argument grounded in reality while the Transatlantic states will be making a fallacious argument resting solely on the imperial powers of the their states. People across the world are coming to view the two combatants arguments as intellectually, spiritually, and philosophically equally void, worthless, and lacking in any human reason whatsoever. (What you of course will retort with is that you are not acting as the are Jihadist yet. Take time to think with the rest the world public you will conclude that what you are doing will naturally lead to torture, hostage taking, violations of the Geneva Convention, and all of the other unlawful acts of contrabands, pirates, terrorist, and non state actors.)
