Two-year-old Zoey and her companion (sister?), Bubbles were - TopicsExpress

Two-year-old Zoey and her companion (sister?), Bubbles were brought to sit in separate cages at Brooklyn ACC reportedly because of “allergies”. And now, ACC assumes nobody else would want them so they’re both on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. In a perfect world, Zoey and her sister Bubbles would go off together to start their new lives but the priority must be to find new places for both these girls. Zoey was in decent health when she got there but of course she’s caught the dreaded “shelter cold”. For a young dog who’s lost her home, her people and her sister and has been sitting in a cage 24 x7, Zoey did really well on her behavioral eval. Both girls need a good bath and groom and will be absolutely stunning dogs. If you think that you’re ready for this young collie/lab girl, step up to foster or adopt Zoey (and maybe Bubbles?). But you need to act right now. At noon tomorrow, ACC won’t consider how sweet Zoey is, how pretty she is, how young Zoey is—they’ll just make her gone forever. https://facebook/photo.php?fbid=828812360464978&set=a.611290788883804.1073741851.152876678058553&type=3&theater
