*Typical Sunday boxing procrastination* The meanest white heavyweight from the 90s (look at that mullet). Tommy The Duke Morrison was considered at the time to be the next great white hope (combat sports can be considerably racist). He had the best left hook in the division and also starred in Rocky 4. However, throw in some stamina issues and a suspect chin and you got yourself a flawed but exciting fighter. Sadly, Morrison would contract AIDS (this was considered rare, Morrison being from a first world country and a high profile athlete). His fight here with Joe Hipp really proved how tough this S.O.B was, having broke both his jaw and hands during this fight. I only just found out he passed away, I was always a fan and what a bad ass to never give up until the end. RIP Duke.
