UNITY BEYOND ANGANWADIS – RESPECT MERIT-SHARE WEALTH 26 October 2014 © Ravinder Singh ravinderinvent@gmail Question in this message is ‘Can Rich & Poor Run Together for Unity & Progress of India?’ Poor, Farmers and Workers are absent from these ‘Run for Unity’, Tendulkar or Ambani run on Juhu Beach or India Gate not in Slums Colonies or Villages. Women in developed countries take full time jobs and postpone child birth by freezing their Eggs to be fertilized when they are out of job and rich enough to support a baby to take her full care. Women in India thanks to kitchen appliances, fast foods, regularly supply of most foods and water, rural women in many states due to farm mechanization are relatively free. But still Indian society needs Anaganwadis for caring Growing Children. This is only place where children who are too young to understand Social Divisions within Indian Society we can say are ‘United’. Except slums or some rural areas Children have lonely life go to school from age 2.5yrs don’t play with other children like normal humans – they go to different schools – even siblings are admitted to different schools. They are not assured of Jobs even for Competent and no Bank Credits for 90% even if Qualified, 90% people are firstly denied Reasonable Wages & Income but are required to pay Double or Triple the cost of production or farm gate prices for foods. Recently I found a construction worker at 7 PM buying Vegetables, Onion, Tomato, Potato for workers dinner paid average in excess of Rs.50 per kg. When India shall Respect Merit & Share Wealth India will be Truly United & Great and will not have to run for State Funded Once in a Year Run on Beaches or Rajpath. PM in his speech was serious in Providing Healthcare to all. GoI allocates less than 1% of GDP on health care or about Rs.1,00,000 crores – annual Revenue of Ambani family exceed Rs.10,00,000 crores. youtube/watch?v=_K_tK1d9PFg GOI should Collect 50% of GDP as taxes to FUND Social Services and ensure India is Truly United. Raj Dharam in ancient time was to ‘Wipe The Tears of Poor’ but Raj Dharam of the Democratically Elected Government is to ‘Equitable Distribution of Wealth through Ensuring Fair Wages, Universal Education, Banking & Healthcare, Protecting the Property of Citizens including Intellectual Property, Jail Criminals, Cheats & Crooks’. Infant Mortality rate will not go down by just washing hands – Mother & Child should be Well-Fed, Health Care is Universal not through Aganwadis, Children also need pucca homes, clothes, adequate diet, Smoke Free Kitchen, Steel Utensils, Fork or Spoon to eat.
