UP is a funny state. Sometimes the government sacks IAS officers in order to maintain communal harmony. The same government calls the army to restore law and order in a particular district because some trivial communal clashes went out of control. The reason why I called it trivial is, because the government is shielding the convicts, I am sure that is something that has no or little value. Take the army out of the equation for some time, you might just visualize secularism doing a Bhasmasur…Killing its own sponsors that is!
