UPDATE: Ive just been to look at a ... flatshare. Im not sure what I was expecting, but it doesnt resemble what I actually saw. It is pretty cheap. The converted house is MASSIVE. The room, which costs £150 base... is MASSIVE. It is big enough that I cant even foresee the other tennants being an issue. There are two bathrooms right next to each other. The only issue is that the kitchen is all the way across the landing, down the stairs and through the living room... while the laundry facilities are at the bottom of the garden... which could be measured in light-years. Strongly considering going for it and abandoning the delightful-looking studio I was gonna see Saturday... Seriously. The room is so big I was getting agoraphobic in there.
