UPDATE: LOOKING FOR A FAMILY PET, WHY NOT HELP US SAVE ONE! - LOOKING FOR A PET SITTER FOR 1 MONTH, - OR A FAMILY TO CLAIM HER. LAB/BEAGLE MIX, FEMALE. We are eagerly trying to find a new home before December for this sweet dog, or someone to watch her while my fiance and I travel this winter. We hope you might help us! (read below for more info) -Athletic - Sweet Demeanor & Attitude - Home & Family Dog - Responds to commands - Obedient and very loving STORY: We recently found buddy around our neighborhood, and took her into the Caddo Parish Animal Shelter hoping her owner would claim her. The supervisor called me today notifying me that the dog would be put down since no one had come in looking for her. So rather than have the dog put down, we are claiming her for the time being to save her and find a new home. She will have a full examination done by Monday, shots and rabbies shot done as well. We would claim her as our own, however we cant take her since my fiancé and I travel back and forth between Shreveport & California. We already have two dogs, and third would be a bit too much. We either need someone to claim her or watch her during December - January, and June - July this coming year. Those months are when we travel to California. If someone would be as generous to house a dog for us we are willing to keep her, and help donate money for your time. Please let us know! -Phil & Sydney
