UPDATE ON COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE FIRE The fire that ignited at Adelaide Brighton Cement at around 6.45am this morning is now contained, with crews managing to prevent the fire from spreading throughout the cement premises. CFS and MFS firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the kiln in groups of four to fight the fire, confining it to the cement kiln. Crews continue to monitor the scene and once it is safe to do so, crews will re-enter the kiln to perform a closer examination of the damage. There have been no injuries reported.
