Uduaghan Calls for Strengthening Of Traditional Institutions to Maintain Law and Order GOVERNOR Emmanuel Uduaghan of Delta State has called for the strengthening of the traditional institutions in the country as a way of maintaining law and order. Besides, he stressed the need for the nation’s democracy to be made to accommodate the country’s peculiarities especially as it affected the traditional institutions. The Governor who made the call weekend while declaring open a one-day seminar on the Traditional Mode of Dispensation of Justice for members of the State Traditional Rulers Council at Government House annex, Warri, said it was important to strengthen the traditional institution.
