Ughh!! People you wont lose weight with lotions, potions, and/or wraps! Sorry. Just doesnt happen. Makes me angry to see false claims in my newsfeed. People spend money in hopes to lose weight when all they need to do is exercise and watch their portions. Geez! I love my shakes but shakes alone dont make you skinny. They are a tool to get some nutrition in after my workout. Im not against natural drinks, shakes, vitamins. But you need to be careful. Natural doesnt always equate to healthy. If it sounds too good to be true then is probably is.... just saying.
