Ukrainian- Russian crisis from my personal point of view. I am proud Lithuanian citizen and still remember Soviet Union occupation and our liberation from this system. Today I live in Greece and sometimes I am exposed to some opinions regretting of Soviet Union collapse and supporting Mr. Putins politics. Some people do not see Greek liberation from Turk the same as Lithuanian liberation from СССР. Turks are Muslims and Russian Orthodox by default are better. Do you know that any kind of religion was forbidden and described as a crime in Soviet Union? KGB agents were responsible to find religious and to punish them. Mr. Putins great carrier started as KGB agent. Now Ukraine. Ukrainians are orthodox, too, arent they? By the way, Greek monk Kiril spread this religion to Kiev first of all! I have heard here that Maidan was organized by USA and that protestors were killing themselves other protestors. Yes, yes.. they were telling the same when they were killing people in Vilnius 23 years ago. They told that people were going under the tans by their own will. I have found only video facts that organized groups from Russia where brought to protest in different parts of Ukraine. It is fun to see the same faces in different Ukraine cities acting different roles. People analyze some conflicts between USA and Russia after 2nd WW. Tell me which of those conflicts started and ended in 3 weeks connecting conflict area to another country? Budapest memorandum included security assurances against threats or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of Ukraine and it is signed by Russia itself in 1994. So lets divide all the World now. Agreements are not valid anymore. Almost every country used to have more or different lands before 2nd WW. It is told that Ukrainians are fascists and create great danger for ethnic Russians in Ukraine. Somehow there was no even one attack against Russians until now. Vice versa Russians started to kill Ukrainians in Crimea at once after Crimea was connected to Russia. And it is a fact. Yesterday Mr. Putin told that Russian nation is the biggest nation divided because of this horrible collapse of the Soviet Union and he will do everything to protect their rights! Do you know that around 7.5 million of Ukrainians were killed by starvation in two years ( 1932- 1933). It was a special project of Mr. Stalin and Soviet Union. It is called HOLODOMOR and recognized as genocide. They brought Russians to live in empty houses of dead Ukrainians. These methods were applied in a lot of Soviet Union countries. I am thinking so maybe he will go to protect also Russians in Germany, Great Britain and USA, where millions of Russians are living by their own will. They do not have education in Russian and nobody talks with them in Russian. It can be categorized as violation of rights. I looks that Russian Federation has not only the same anthem with Soviet Union but they are using the same methods and systems achieving their great plans. P.S. I read and listen to different sources of information in 4 different languages and Russian is one f them.
