The Deceased Persons Estates’ Administrative Act, Chapter 12:01 and the Taxation Laws (Relief) Act 1991 are the Acts which govern the Estate of Deceased Persons. The Taxation Laws (Relief) Act 1991 amends the terms Estate Duty to Process Fee. Therefore, prior to 1991, declarations will be considered Estate Duty and after 1991, will be known as Process Fee.
